Please find below the text of the resolution regarding the closure of the Town of Keene Community Center building. WHEREAS, A HAZARDOUS MATERIAL INSPECTION RECENTLY FOUND ASBESTOS CONTAMINATION THROUGHOUT THE TOWN OF KEENE COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, RENDERING IT UNSAFE FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC. RESOLUTION NUMBER: PENDING INTRODUCED BY: CHRISTOPHER DALY WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY ROBERT BIESEMEYER THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Keene Community Center Building is closed to the public until further resolution of the Town Board except for use by the NYSDOT.
