cannabis consumption sites in the Town of Keene that would otherwise be allowed under
Cannabis Law Article 4.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Keene will hold a public hearing for the introduced local law to opt-out of allowing cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption sites in the Town of Keene that would otherwise be allowed under Cannabis Law Article 4. This Local law was introduced at the 10/26/21 Town Board Meeting and is available in the Office of the Town Clerk at the Keene Town Hall, where it is available for inspection, Monday through Friday, by scheduling an appointment with the Town Clerk, 518-576-4444 or email townclerk@townofkeeneny.gov.
FURTHER, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Keene will meet and review said introduced law and hold a Public Hearing thereon ZOOM PLATFORM at 5:30 PM, on Monday, the 8th day of November 2021, and at such hearing, any person may be heard in favor of or against the introduced local law.
