WHEREAS, A HAZARDOUS MATERIAL INSPECTION RECENTLY FOUND ASBESTOS CONTAMINATION THROUGHOUT THE TOWN OF KEENE COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, RENDERING IT UNSAFE FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC.
